Brookshire Creek Trail, Monroe County Tennessee Horse Trails

This trail offers a great horseback riding day in the natural beauty of the Cherokee National Forest. This trail begins on Chinquapin Ridge Road (FDR #385A) off Bald River Road (FDR #126) and continues to Sled Runner Gap where the trail follows an old roadbed. The trail ends at Beaver Dam Bald. Parking is available on the Brookshire Creek extension at Bald River Road (126).

Directions:

Start out going northeast on US411. Turn right onto TN310. TN310 becomes TN39. Turn right onto TN68. Turn left onto TN165.
