Cumberland River Trail (Trail 2)

| Located within Cumberland
Falls State Resort Park, the 5 mile Cumberland River Trail begins
at the far end of the picnic area and travels upstream along the river
for about 2 miles, after which the trail follows an old logging road
to the left until reaching KY 90. Traveling along the Highway for
about 25 yards, Cumberland River Trail continues along the logging
road for about 0.75 miles there the trail turns right leaving the
logging road. Winding down to the river, Cumberland River Trail
intersects with Moonbow Trail (Trail 1).
Following the trail left upriver, the trail winds along the base of
the cliff line until reaching a wooden stairway which climbs the cliff
to the left, before ending at the falls parking area in about 2 miles.
