Moonbow Trail (Trail 1)

| Located within Cumberland
Falls State Resort Park, the 10.8 mile Moonbow Trail follows the
Cumberland River from Cumberland Falls to the mouth of the Laurel
River. A section of the Sheltowee Trail (which travels the length of
Daniel Boone National Forest), Trail 1 Moonbow Trail reaches a
junction with Trail 2 (Cumberland River Trail), 2 miles below the
falls. To form a 7 mile loop, travel along Moonbow Trail to Trail 2.
Follow Trail 2 across a ridge to rejoin the Cumberland River above the
falls and continue 5 miles to the parking area.
