Maddron Bald Trail

Length: 17.8 miles
Rating: Moderate

Cascading falls, panoramic views, and old growth forest are some of the outstanding features of this trail. Maddron Bald Trail is also the Gabes Mountain Trail for the first 2.25 miles, and passes Hen Wallow Falls.

From Gatlinburg travel east on Hwy 321 for 19 miles to Cosby, turn right onto Hwy32 and travel 1.5 miles to the road on the right marked "Cosby Campground". The Gabes Mountain Trail starts across the road from the picnic area.
