Located within the Cherokee National Forest, the 17 site Holly Flats Campground is situated along Bald River. The tent only Holly Flats Campground offers vault toilets, tables and grills.

To reach Holly Flats from Tellico Plains Tennessee, travel east along TN 165 for 14 miles to Forest Service Road 126 and the Holly Flats Campground sign and turn right. Continue along the steep and curvy, single lane FR 126 for 1.1 miles to the "Y" intersection and bear left to continue along FR 126 for 4.9 miles to the campground on the left.
