Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area Campground, Clay County North Carolina Campgrounds

Located within Nantahala National Forest, Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area Campground offers 3 camping loops with a total of 101 camp sites suited for car camping. No RV hook-ups are available.

Each site has a picnic table, fire grill, and tent platform. Accessible flush toilet, hot showers and drinking water are also available.

To reach Jackrabbit Mountain Recreation Area from Hayesville, North Carolina travel along US 64E for 6.2 miles and turn right onto NC 175 and continue 2.5 miles to SR 1155 and turn left.
