Game Lands Trail

Chapman State Park
Rating: Easy
Blaze: Green on White
Game Lands Trail can be traveled in either direction and is a very easy
trail which is perfectly flat over its entire length. The trail runs from
the public boat mooring area, up the State Game lands service road along the
north side of the West Branch of Tionesta Creek into State Game Lands 29,
then crosses to he south side of the creek, and meets and follows an old
railroad grade into the campground.

Hikers may return to the starting point
by crossing the Lowlands Trail (2.# miles) or making a complete circle
around Chapman Lake (4 miles) by using park service roads, the breast of the
dam, and the public road to the boat launching/mooring area.
Directions:
The park is off of US 6, in Warren County, near the town of Clarendon,
and is adjacent to the Allegheny National Forest and State Game Land 29.
