Located within Rockland County New York, the 5,067 acre Bear Mountain State Park is situated along the west side of the Hudson River and offers a large variety of facilities and recreational opportunities including, picnicking, fishing, small craft mooring, lake & river access, swimming pool, hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, ski-jumps, ice skating, a Merry-Go-Round, museum/visitor center, and gift shop.
Bear Mountain State Park is located 45 miles north of New York City and is accessible from the Palisades Interstate Parkway or I-87.
