Connecting with the Interloken Trail and the Potomac Group
Campground, the 2.25 mile Potomac Trail travels past several ponds and
through a variety of forest types. To reach the Potomac Trail from Watkins Glen New York turn
right onto NY 414 North, at the Forth Street intersection travel 9.0
miles north past the Hector Ranger Station (on right). Turn right onto
Schuyler County Route 2 and continue 4.4 miles east past County Route
4 to the "Tee" intersection and turn left onto Potomac Road
and follow signs to the Potomac Group Campground.
