To get to Winona State Forest from Interstate 81, take exit 39 (Mannsville) and travel east on Rt. 90. Continue on Rt. 90 for 2.75 miles past Mannsville and turns right at Dixon Road. Bear left at the intersection with Wart Road and right at Brown Road. Winona State Forest is another mile.
