Located within Norfolk County Massachusetts,
the 7,000 acre Blue Hills Reservation provides a large variety of
recreational opportunities just minutes from downtown Boston. Offering
scenic views and 125 miles of trails, Blue Hills Reservation also
offers camping, fishing, hiking,
horseback riding, mountain biking, rock climbing, cross-country
skiing, downhill skiing, softball, swimming, non-motorized boating, a
museum, and the Blue Hill Observatory and Science Center.
To reach Blue Hill Reservation, take Route 93 to exit 3, Houghton's
Pond and turn right at the stop sign onto Hillside Street. Houghton's
Pond is located about 0.25 mile on the right. Continue 0.25 miles to
the reservation headquarters on the left.
