Pond Walk Trail

| Located within Borderland
State Park, the 3 mile Pond Walk Trail is available for hiking,
horseback riding and cross-country skiing. Rated easy,
Pond Walk travels along a carriage road around Lower Leach Pond.
Mostly wooded, Pond Walk Trail passes stone lodge, old stone cellar
remains, dam & bridge, bird blind, open fields, farmhouse, 1911
mansion and the picnic grounds.
Borderland State Park is located within both Bristol and Norfolk
County, in the towns of Easton and Sharon
Massachusetts. The Lawrence Newcomb Visitors Center is located at 259
Massapoag Avenue in North Easton. |
