Beech Bluff Trail

| Located within Lake
Hartwell State Recreation Area, the 0.7 mile Beech Bluff Trail
offers scenic views of Lake Hartwell as it travels along a ravine and
creek. Beech Bluff Trail will end at the park road where you may
return the way you came or turn right onto the paved park road to form
a 1.2 mile loop.
To reach Lake Hartwell State Recreation Area from I-85, take exit 1
onto Highway 11 toward Walhalla and travel 0.5 mile to park sign on
the left. |

The trailhead for Beech Bluff Trail is located between 2 wooden posts at
the parking area.
The South Carolina Department of Parks, Recreation

with more information, maps and photos of many of the trails in South
Carolina.
