Cleveland Connector Trail

| Located within Jones Gap State
Park, the
0.5 mile Cleveland Connector Trail connects Hospital Rock Trail to the
CCC Road.
To reach Jones Gap State Park from Cleveland South Carolina, travel
along Highway 276 to the park sign onto River Falls Road, 2 miles north
of Cleveland. River Falls Road will become Jones Gap Road, continue to
the park entrance 6 miles from Highway 276. |
