Spruce Riding Trail is a horseback riding trail spring through fall.
It originates at the stables and winds through groves of spruce and
hemlock and ends on the park road near the cabin area entrance.
Intermediate to advance cross country skiing.

Directions:
Blackwater Falls is accessible from the south by U.S.
33 to Harmon, then WV Rt. 32 north to the park. From the north, take U.S.
Rt. 219 to Thomas, then Rt. 32 south to the park.
