Available for both hiking and horseback riding,
the 5.99 mile Boulder Lake Trail (Upper) is rated More Difficult. To reach
Boulder Lake Trail from
I-70, exit 205 for Silverthorne/Dillon Colorado. Travel north along
Highway 9 for about 7.7 miles. On your left will be Rock Creek Road (FS
1350) across from Blue River
Campground. Follow the gravel road for about 1.2 miles and turn left
at the road marked "Rock Creek". If you come to a gate on the
road, you have traveled too far. |
