Elk Run Cross Country Ski Trail, Routt County Colorado Cross Country Ski Trails

Located within Stagecoach State Park, the 5.0 mile Elk Run Cross Country Ski Trail travels across the entire southern shore of the reservoir. Elk Run Trail offers an 8 foot wide gravel surface, and views of Stagecoach Reservoir along with the cliffs of Blacktail Mountain.

Directions: To reach Stagecoach State Park from Steamboat Springs travel 4.0 miles east on US40 to Colorado 131. Turn south on Colorado and continue for 5.0 miles to County Road 14. Travel south along CR14 for 7.0 miles to entrance.
