Available for Hiking, and Horseback Riding,
the 3 mile Wild Cow Park Trail leaves Big Ridge Trail
#1820 and crosses a corner of Big Park, continues south through open
parks and aspen entering the wilderness 1.5 miles from Big Ridge Trail.
One mile into the wilderness the trail enters Wild Cow Park, turns right
in the middle of the park and travel down to East Marvine Trail, 3 miles
from Big Ridge Trail.

To reach Big Ridge Trail from Meeker, travel east along CO 13 for 1 mile
and turn east onto CR 8. Continue along CR 8 for 28 miles and turn south
at Fritzlans Guest Ranch, cross the bridge and turn east onto Marvine
Creek Road (CR 12) for 1 mile to the Big Ridge Trailhead. Travel along
Big Ridge Trail for 4.5 miles to where Wild Cow Park branches to the
south.
