Lily Pad Lake Trail #1907

White River National Forest
Available for both hiking and biking, the 2.5 mile Lily
Pad Lake Trail makes a great loop for bikes. For a bike loop, turn left at
the end of the pavement and follows the road to the left up towards
Hagerman Pass. Before the pass you will turn right towards Ivanhoe Lake.
Follow the road around Ivanhoe Lake and down to Lily Pad Lake. From here
the trail becomes single track and leads back to the Fryingpan Lakes
Trailhead. From the trailhead follow the gravel road back to the pavement. |

| To reach Lily Pad Lake Trail from
Carbondale Colorado, travel east along Highway 82 to Basalt, turn left at
the stoplight and continue 32 miles up Fryingpan River Road to the end of
the pavement. |
