Following the north fork of the Crystal until going over
Frigid Air Pass, the 8 mile Fravert Basin Trail pass a 25' waterfall
about a mile east of Hasley Basin. Fravert Basin Trail
begins at the same spot as Geneva Lake Trail, and can be part of a loop
trail connection West Maroon Pass and Snowmass Lake. |

| To reach Fravert Basin Trail from
Marble Colorado, travel east along Marble Road, past Beaver Lake. The road
begins heading uphill passing over shale rock. About 1 mile out of Marble,
there is a fork in the road, take the left fork. This road leads to the
trailhead in Lead King Basin. The road form Marble is 4WD. |
