White River National Forest

Available for both hiking, 4WD and mountain biking, the 5.5 mile Wearyman Road #747 begins on a bridge at the confluence of Turkey and Wearyman Creeks and is roughest for the first mile where there are several creek fords and rocky sections.

To reach Wearyman Road from I-70, take exit 171 for Minturn and Highway 24 and turn right. Continue south along Highway 24 for 10 miles to Red Cliff access road on the left (located just before crossing the historic green expansion bridge over the Eagle River).
