Composed of 2 large loops along Cathedral Creek, the 29 site
Cathedral Campground offers vault toilets and hand pump water. No
electrical hookups are available.
To reach Cathedral Campground from South Fork Colorado, travel east
along US 160 for 5.3 mils to Embargo Creek Road & CR 18, and turn
left onto CR 18. Continue along CR 18 for 1.4 miles to the "T"
intersection (CR 15) and turn right onto CR 15. Continue along CR 15 and
continue 0.3 miles to another "T" intersection (CR 65). Turn
left onto CR 65 and continue 3.2 miles to "Y" intersection (FR
640/650). Bar left onto CR 640 (dirt, single lane with no turnouts) and
continue 7.6 miles to the campground sign. Turn right at the sign into
the campground.
