Michigan Ditch Trail, Larimer County Colorado Cross Country Ski Trails

Available for snowmobile, snowshoeing & cross-country skiing, the 4 mile (to Michigan Lakes) Michigan Ditch Trail is a great trail for beginners and offers beautiful scenery. Michigan Ditch begins on Routt National Forest & crosses into Colorado State Forest State Park. To access Michigan Ditch Trail park at Cameron Pass & cross CO 14. Follow the ditch road, at 3 miles you may turn left up towards Michigan Lake (more difficult) or continue along the ditch road for another mile or so.
