West Branch Trail #960, Larimer County Colorado Hiking Trails

Located within the Canyon Lakes Ranger District, the 7.2 mile West Branch Trail follows the West Branch of the Laramie River to Island & Carey Lakes. West Branch Trail is in the Rawah Wilderness and connects to Blue Lake Trail #959 and Rawah Trail #961.

To reach West Branch Trail from Fort Collins Colorado, travel west along CO 14 for 60 miles, turn north onto Laramie River Road and continue 8 miles to the trailhead on the left side of the road.
