Located in the Turquoise Lake Area of the Leadville Ranger District, the
5.5 mile (round trip) Midland Trail is a moderately easy loop in the
Hagerman Pass area. Midland Trail is accessed by a fairly rough dirt road
of which the last 0.25 miles are passable by 4WD or foot only. Portions of
the Midland Trail enters the Mount Massive Wilderness Area.
