Available to Hikers & Horseback riders, the 2.3 mile Lizard Rock Trail
travels to a rock formation which resembles a lizard. Several loops (some large)
may be made from the end of Lizard Rock Trail. Loops might include the Lake
Park, Brookside/McCurdy, Hankins Pass, Goose Creek McCurdy Park & Ute Creek
trails.

Lizard Rock Trail is located at the Spruce Grove Campground on Tarryall Road,
3 miles southeast of Twin Eagles Trailhead. A parking area is available outside
the campground gate. Walk through the campground (stay right on loop), past the
outhouse, cross the bridge over Tarryall Creek and make a hard left, passing
through a boulder tunnel to Lizard Rock Trail.
