Holy Cross City Jeep Road, Eagle County Colorado ATV Trails, 4WD, 4X4

Available for both hiking, 4WD and mountain biking, the 3.8 mile Holy Cross City Jeep Road (FS 759) is one of the most difficult and popular hardcore roads in Colorado. This road is not recommended for stock vehicles.

To reach Holy Cross City Jeep Road travel west along I-70 to exit 171 for Minturn, Leadville, and Highway 24 and turn right. Continue along Highway 24 for 13 miles to Homestake Road #703 and turn right. Travel along Homestake Road, past Gold Park Campground to mile 7.4. Look for a sign on the right just after the campground.
