Located within James
River State Park, Canoe Landing Campground is open year-round. One
of 3 campgrounds at James River State Park, Canoe Landing Campground
offers 13 primitive camping sites with primitive restrooms. Potable water is
available at 5 of the 6 picnic shelters. Canoe Landing Campground is
the only campground at James River State Park which is located along
the river.
To reach James River State Park from US60 West, turn right onto
Route 605 (Riverside Drive) at the James River Bridge and travel 7
miles to Route 606 and turn left.
