Grindstone Campground

| Located within Mount Rogers National Recreation
Area, Grindstone Campground features 90 single campsites and 10 double
sites. Each of the sites at Grindstone Campground offers a paved parking
spur, gravel camping pad, picnic table, fire grill and lantern post.
Around half the sites at Grindstone Campground offer electric hookups and
water. RVs up to 32' can be accommodated at most sites, while a few sites
can accommodate RVs up to 50'. |

| Bath-houses with flush toilets and
warm water showers are available as is potable water and a waste disposal
station.
To reach Grindstone Campground from I-81 southbound, take exit 45 at
Marion onto VA 16. Continue south along VA 16 for 17 miles and turn right
onto VA 603 at Troutdale. Travel along VA 603 for 6 miles to the
campground entrance on the left. |
