The 46 site Kanawha State Forest Campground is fully equipped
with 2 bathhouses & a coin operated laundry facility. All sites
offer fireplaces & picnic tables. Electricity & water hookups
are available at 25 sites. A dump station is available for campground
guest.
Directions:
To reach Kanawha State Forest Campground from I-64 in
Charleston West Virginia, take Exit 58A and travel south along US 119
to Oakwood Road at the 2nd traffic light. Turn left onto Oakwood Road
(following the brown & white directional signs) and continue 0.75
miles and turn left before George Washington High School. |

Continuing along Oakwood Road, turn right onto Bridge Road, and right
onto Connell Road. At the bottom of Connell, make a sharp left onto
Kanawha Forest Drive and continue to forest entrance.
