Park is situated atop of Lookout Mountain and offers a large

opportunities including the 104' DeSoto Falls, Sallie Howard
Memorial Chapel, Cabin Rentals, Lodge, Restaurant, picnicking,
swimming, fishing, trails and a playground.
To reach DeSoto Resort State Park from downtown Ft. Payne
Alabama, travel along AL 35 and travel up the mountain, turning
left a the flashing caution light at the top of Lookout
Mountain. Travel 5 miles along CR 89 to Desoto State Park.
