Kings Gap Environmental Education and Training Center
A cool, inviting trail filled with a lush understory of ferns, the 1.7
mile Kings Gap Hollow Trail travels along the stream and follows the gap in the mountain. The
terrain changes to a dry, higher elevation that brings the hiker to the
mountaintop. Kings Gap Hollow Trail is rated Easy.

Directions:
Kings Gap Environmental Education and Training Center's entrance is
located on Pine Road, one mile east of the Huntsdale
Fish Hatchery. From Interstate 81, take Exit 37. At the exit, travel south
on Route 233 about 2.5 miles. Turn left onto Pine Road and continue 2.5
miles. The entrance to the center is on the right. |
