State Park
Length: 0.75 miles
Trailhead
located between cabins 27 and 28 in the Pine Run Cabin Area.
Trail winds gently up the hollow to intersect with the Honeymoon
Trail (white square blaze) about 200 yards from the T. M. Cheek Road.
A loop can be made by turning left on the Honeymoon Trail and
following this trail down to cabin 34, or by turning right and following
the Honeymoon Trail up to the T. M. Cheek Road (see description for the Honeymoon
Trail).

Directions:
Watoga
can be reached from north of Hillsboro and south of Mill Point on US
219. A sign directs you to Watoga State Park. From this point,
travel two miles on paved secondary road to the park entrance. An
alternative route is to turn from WV 39 at Huntersville and travel nine
miles to the north entrance of the park. |
