Located within the Cherokee
National Forest, the 0.3 mile Lakeview Loop is rated Easy and begins at
the first overlook on the road to Chilhowee Recreation Area (FDR77).
Lakeview Loop offers views of Parksville Lake and the valley below.
To reach Lakeview Loop from the Ocoee Ranger Station,
travel FDR77 up Chilhowee Mountain for 2.28 miles to the first overlook on
your left where parking is available.
