Sledgehammer

Located in the Lake George Area of the South Park Ranger District, overlooking Elevenmile Canyon & the South Platte River, the Sledgehammer route is steep and loose, which makes it difficult. To reach Sledgehammer from Elevemile Canyon Road (CR 96), turn left onto FDR 243 near Wagon Tongue Gulch and follow around to FDR 245 for overlook.
