Located within Mesa Verde National
Park, the 1.2 mile (round-trip) Soda Canyon Overlook Trail begins 1 mile
north of the Balcony House parking area along Cliff Palace Loop Road and
travels to the canyon edge and provides views of the Balcony House. Soda
Canyon Overlook Trail is rated Easy.
Mesa Verde National Park Headquarters is about a 1 hour drive east of
Cortez Colorado along Highway 160, and about a 1.5 hour drive west from
Durango Colorado along Highway 160.
