Available for hiking, and horseback riding,
Ivy Creek Trail leaves Ivy Creek Campground, and crosses Ivy Creek within
the first mile. After which a gradual climb through open parks adjacent to
Ivy Creek (1.5-2 miles) is followed by leaving the creek bottom area,
climbing through spruce-fir tree stands before returning back to the Ivy
Creek bottom. After returning to the creek bottom the trail crosses the
creek again, then travel along the edge of an open park for about 0.5
mile. Ivy Creek Trail continue on to Goose Lake. |

| To reach Ivy Creek Trail from
Creede Colorado, travel southwest along CO 149 for 7 miles to it's
intersection with FR 523 (Middle Creek Road). Follow road sings to Ivy
Creek Campground which is about 10.5 miles away. |
