Dillon Pinnacles Trail, Gunnison County Colorado Cross Country Ski Trails

There are no groomed cross country ski trails or snowshoe trails within Curecanti National Recreation Area, however several areas offer good cross country skiing or snowshoeing for those wishing to enjoy the challenge of breaking trail.

Dillon Pinnacles Trail begins in the parking area 5 mils west of the Elk Creek Visitor Center. The 4 mile Dillon Pinnacles Trail increases in elevation 600 feet in only 2 miles.

Dillon Pinnacles Trail is suitable for intermediate and advanced abilities.
