Starvation Creek Trail offers several creek crossings.
To reach Starvation Creek Trail from Poncha Springs Colorado travel 4.5
miles south along Highway 285 to CR 200 and turn right. Continue south
along CR 200 for 2 miles to the trailhead at the Shirley Site.

| At the trailhead, turn right onto
CR 203 and travel 0.75 miles, crossing an old stone railroad bridge. After
crossing the bridge the road turns left and continues 2.5 miles to the
trailhead. |
