Black
Mountain of Maine
Located in the Longfellow Mountains of Western Maine,
Black Mountain has operated for over 4 decades, offering affordable
downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow boarding, and snow tubing to
winter outdoor enthusiasts in the area. We have expanded our services with
the addition of a new base lodge and a new triple chair lift and trails to
the top of the mountain.
Bucks
County Community College
The BC3 Ski Club is a club that is dedicated to
providing attractive and affordable ski/snowboard trips and programs to
members of the community at large as well as students and staff of the
college. The club has been hosting trips and programs for over a quarter
of a century. No matter what your skill level, our trips have something
for everyone. Although the club is a student organization, we cater to
everyone; singles, married couples, families, young and old, skiers,
snowboarders and cross country skiers.

Cresthaven
Ski Club
Adult ski and snowboard club. Membership of over 150 skiers and boarders that come from New York City, Long Island, Nassau and Suffolk Counties, Queens, Westchester, and New Jersey. Catering to skiers and boarders who like to take weekend trips without the hassles of driving to New England. For additional fun and adventure we organize one or two, week long ski trips to the Western US and/or European Ski Resorts each year.
Pennsylvania
Cross Country Ski Association
PACCSA is a non-profit organization that promotes cross
country skiing in Pennsylvania. Classical and well as Skating is tought on
certain weekends during winter at Laurel Ridge State Park (located Laurel
Highlands of SW PA) where there is and extra effort to groom and track
trails for both skating and classical technique throughout the winter. A
Web cam is also located at the ski area that displays temperature and
presents picture of the area to get an idea of how much snow. The Club can
recommend other great areas to ski in the trisate area.

Rochester
Nordic Ski Club
The Rochester Nordic Ski Club of Rochester, NY,
promotes and actively participates in the sport of cross-country skiing.
Our members span all age groups and skill levels from beginner to expert.
We offer cross-country ski lessons, monthly programs with speakers and
demonstrations, and day and extended travel ski trips. We are the
organizing sponsor of Monroe County's Mendon Ponds Park Winter Festival
and in conjunction with the Western NY Biathlon Club we sponsor a winter
and summer biathlon event. We advocate and work on trail development that
benefits skiers, hikers and others. We also volunteer our time at the
Monroe County Winter Special Olympics and at WXXI, Rochester's PBS TV
station.
