TRACKS
TRACKS is an organization of about 240 volunteers that work directly with the US Forest Service to plan, develop, and maintain trails in the Apache Sitgreaves National Forest of the Arizona White Mountains for nonmotorized users, including hikers, mountain bikers
and horseback riders. The White Mountain Trail System is one of the more extensive systems in the West and includes about 180 miles of interconnected trails, all of which may be seen and printed from our website
www.tracks-pinetop-lakeside.org
In addition to our trail work, our members hike, mountain bike,
cross-country skiing, kayak, fish, ride horses, camp, bird watch, foray for wild mushrooms, and enjoy other outdoor activities. We also volunteer to support activities such as the Epic Rides Tour of the White Mountains mountain bike ride, the Trisports Deuces Wild Triathlon, the local effort to Save Woodland Lake Park, and other community events. Membership in TRACKS is free, with an online application on our website, and includes a free monthly email newsletter.
