CLUSTER #3 and CLUSTER #4 – Each contains 4 paved
spurs. Maximum of 24 people
are allowed in each of these clusters; and a maximum of 8 vehicles are
allowed to park in these spurs.

Directions:
Beartree is in Washington County, Virginia, about 7
miles east of Damascus. From
I-81 southbound take exit 29 at Glade Spring, turn left at bottom of ramp
and go about ¼ mile to stop sign. Turn
right onto US 11, then immediately left onto SR 91.
Follow SR 91 for 13 miles to Damascus.
Go east on US 58 for about 7 miles to Beartree entrance on left
(paved FS 837).
From I-81 northbound take exit 19 at Abingdon onto US
58 east. Go about 12 miles to
Damascus. Continue on US 58
east another 7 miles to the campground entrance on the left.
From the entrance off US 58 to the entrance
station is approximately 1 mile. The
family campground loops are approximately 3 miles from the entrance
station, and the group camping loops are approximately ½ mile from the
entrance station.
