To reach Tallulah River Campground from Clayton Georgia travel 8 miles along US 76 west to Persimmon Road. Turn right (north) onto Persimmon Road and continue for 4 miles to Forest Service Road 70. Turn left onto FR 70 and travel 1 mile.

Forest Service Road 70 is a narrow gravel road which is crooked and steep in places.
