Located within the Tusquitee District of Nantahala National Forest, Bristol Horse Camp offers 7 horse camp sites (4 single and 3 double sites) along Fires Creek. Bristol Horse Camp offers drinking water and vault toilets, fishing, a waterfall, hiking and 59 miles of horse trails on 18 trails are available near the camp. To reach Bristol Horse Camp from Hayesville North Carolina travel 3 miles along SR 1307 to SR 1300. Travel 5.7 miles along SR 1300 to SR 1344, continue along SR 1344 (FS 340) and follow signs.
