Whiskeytown National Recreation Area

Boulder Creek Falls is about 81 feet high.

Directions:

Boulder Creek Falls may be reached via the Boulder Creek Trail which is located 7.0 miles west of the Visitors Center off Hwy 299, turn south on Carr Powerhouse Road, and continue past the powerhouse 2.7 miles on South Shore Drive to the trailhead on the right side of the road.

 

Whiskeytown National Recreation Area may be reached from Interstate 5, take the Highway 44 West exit toward Downtown Redding and Eureka California. From Downtown Redding, follow Highway 299 west toward Eureka for approximately 8 miles to reach the Visitor Center.
